Every successful company or corporation that is operating in today’s new world does some sort of strategic audit in order to continue its forward momentum and/or profitability. There are so many advantages of doing a strategic audit; three of which stand out for me are eliminating overhead to free cash on hand, identify low or slow business timeframes, and identify who on any given board or management position is making the best decision on behalf of said company.
